AR-NETWORK

The plan owner confirmed on 31 October 2026 that AR-NETWORK, Arkansas's NSF EPSCoR award, includes a two-year cycle for the state science and technology plan, which it treats as a living document. The award document has not yet been added to the plan's source register. It should be cited directly before the plan is adopted.

Revision cycle

The plan takes effect in April 2028 and is fully revised by 30 April 2030 and 30 April 2032. The annual scorecard, first proposed for 31 March 2029, feeds each revision. The 2024 state plan runs through July 2029.
